Ideally, for max power transfer source imp= load imp
but as (n1/n2)^2=z1/z2 so 256/1=z1/4
and given input impedance 60ohm so maximum power will not be transferred.

For maximum power transfer source impedance is equal to the load impedance so Here source impedance is 60 ohms.
And load impedance is 4ohm.
And load impedance is 4ohm.
