OPAMP draws a current from input voltage to produce corresponding output voltage same as BJT refer internal diagram OPAMP.
Here all other circuits output is grounded so there is a current fow in output when input is given In "a" there is no load resistance to draw current. So I from Vin is conveted to Vout with the help of Rf drop ie,ItoV converter
