Total resistance is 90(parallel)+10(both are in series) = 100.
From this total current is 9/100 = 0.09.
Voltage drop across 10 ohm is 10*0.09 = 0.9.
Voltage after 10 ohm is 9-0.9 = 8.1v.
From this total current is 9/100 = 0.09.
Voltage drop across 10 ohm is 10*0.09 = 0.9.
Voltage after 10 ohm is 9-0.9 = 8.1v.
