Thevenin theorem states that any complex n/w can be replaced by is equivalent circuit containing a source voltage and a series resistance.

According to Thevenins theorem any complex n/w can be replaced by equivalent circuit by connecting a source voltage in series with resistance.

According to Norton's theorm any complex n/w can be replaced by equivalent circuit containing a current source in parallel with resistance. So answer is Thevenin.
