R= R1+ R2*R3/R2+R3
R= 30+30*30/30+30
R= 30 ohm + 15 ohm
R=45 ohm

R2 & R3 parallel then equavelent resistance R2*R3/R2+R3=15 ohm.

This is parallel with R1 then total resistance (R)=(R1+15) ohm
R1=30
R=(30+15)ohm
R=45 ohm
