WORK(W) = POWER(P) X TIME(T)
THEN POWER = RATE OF CHANGE OF WORK DONE.
THEN POWER = RATE OF CHANGE OF WORK DONE.

Ya its right Bcoz
P = V * I
P = V * dq/dt (I = dq/dt)
P = dW/dt (dw = v*dq)
So that Power = the rate at which work is done
P = V * I
P = V * dq/dt (I = dq/dt)
P = dW/dt (dw = v*dq)
So that Power = the rate at which work is done

V=IR
per example
v=2, r=2
In question mentioned as, resistance doubled means r as 2r
So, I=V/R
I=V/2R
I=2/4
I=1/2.
