Use the equation of voltage devider.
vout = vin R3/(R1 + R2) + R3.
R3 = 1200 ohm.
R1 + R2 = Rt - R3.
vout = vin R3/(R1 + R2) + R3.
R3 = 1200 ohm.
R1 + R2 = Rt - R3.

There is no block diagram of the circuit. Then how do we know that which one is R1, R2 or R3?

Itotal=Vtotal/Rtotal
Itotal=45/3300
Itotal=0.0136
VR3=IR3*R3
VR3=0.0136*1200
VR3=16.32
Itotal=45/3300
Itotal=0.0136
VR3=IR3*R3
VR3=0.0136*1200
VR3=16.32

3300 ohm --->45v.
1200 ohm ----> V2?
V2 = 1200*45/3300.
V2 = 16.3V.
1200 ohm ----> V2?
V2 = 1200*45/3300.
V2 = 16.3V.

V/R=R/V
45/3300=R/1200
=16.36V
45/3300=R/1200
=16.36V
