Total power in a circuit is zero. So, the answer should be 0 W.

R(eq) = (1.2+1.8+1)M
= 4M
I = V/R(eq)
= 16/4
= 4microAmp
P= I^2*R(eq)
= (4*10^(-6))^2*(4*10^6)
= 64microW
= 4M
