The answer is option B because when the atom of 5 Valence electrons are droped to a semiconducting material when it is called pentavalent material.

Answer should be option A as doping can also be done with help of trivalent material.

Trivalent impurity makes p type and pentavalent impurity makes n type.

The pentavalent impurity (extrinsic semiconductor) results in n-type material. Then why not option B and C both?

If B & C are the same thing?

In extrinsic the doping is already done. So, it's not doping MATERIAL. Also, n-type semiconductor is part of it.

What about option A?

As in extrinsic semiconductor we did doping, which results of P type or N Type material.
