-tan inv((Il-Ic)/Ir) is the formula to find the phase angle.
Il=V/Xl;
Ic=V/Xc;
Ir=V/R.
Xl= 2*π*f*L ;
Xc = 1/(2*π*f*C);
So, -tan inv((Il-Ic)/Ir) = 46.7° is the answer.
