Get total impedance by:
mode, complex in calculator,
Z = | R + (XL " Xc)i | = 9837.75 ohms
or
Z = √ (R^2 + (XL " Xc)^2) = 9837.75.
where XL and Xc:
XL = 2(π)(f)(L) = 2000(π) ohms.
Xc = (2(π)(f)(C))^-1 = 15915.49 ohms.
Since series RLC, get Current Total.
It = V/Z = 12.20 mA.
Then voltage across the inductor is;
V(inductor) = (It)(XL) = 76.64 V.
Hence, false.
