At parallel resonance, the addition of current through inductor and capacitor is zero. So acts as an open circuit that doesn't allow current ideally. Hence option A.

Dynamic resistance Zdy = L/RC.
But in ideal tank circuit R = 0.
So Zdy = infinite.
Actually no current at o/p Ideally.

In parallel tank circuit XL=XC and this effect as a open circuit so current is very little.
