Option A is also correct here.

Since I = V/Z and Z is minimum at resonance, Should not Option A also be correct?

When Xc = Xl,
Z = sqrt(R^2+(Xl - Xc)^2)
Hence, Z = R.

i.e. Impedance = Resistance

Hence circuit is at resonance.
