Put the values in this formula:

True power = VI cosθ

Z = SQ{(R^2+Xc^2)}.

Cosθ = R/Z.

First, we need to find value of Xc = 1/2pi * f * c.
Find impedance z = sqrt (R^2 + Xc^2).
I = V/Z.
True power P = VI Cos θ.
θ = tan inv (xc/R) put values in all these formulae we will get the answer.
