Phase angle= tan^(-1)(Xc/R).
To get the Reactance(Xc):
Xc= 1/2*pifC
= 1/(2*pi*20kHz*0.33pF)
= 24114385.32
Then,
(Xc/R) = 2.41266.
Phase angle = tan^(-1)*2.41266= 67.48 deg (set your calcu on deg mode)

q=-tan^(-1)(V(c)/V(r))
V(c) voltage across the capacitor
V(r) voltage across the resistance
V(c) voltage across the capacitor
V(r) voltage across the resistance
