0.053 is the current total through r2, r3 and r4 as branch current total. So I think r1 should be of value 333.33 0hm.

Its watt-meter not a voltmeter. It connects + and - terminal. So it will work.

Circuit itself wrong. voltmeter is connected in series with circuit no current flows.
