In parallel circuit, the CURRENT will differ but the VOLTAGE will remain same across all the Branches.

Whenever there is a parallel circuit, voltage at every point in a circuit is same, that's why, the voltage read by voltmeter will be 12 V.

In parallel circuit combination the voltage is same and current flow different paths. That is current flow through each resistance is different [according to the value resistance]. Hence the total current for the circuit is I = I1 + I2 + I3.

Parallel circuit is current division rule, series circuit is a voltage division rule.
Always voltage will equally applied in a parallel circuit.
