Kirchhoff's current law for parallel circuits states that the:
sum of all branch voltages equals zero
total circuit resistance is less than the smallest branch resistor
sum of currents into a junction is equal to the difference of all the branch currents
sum of the total currents flowing out of a junction equals the sum of the total currents flowing into that junction

Any one can explain?

KCL denotes that Sum of incoming current is equal to sum of outgoing current. In a parallel circuit all branch voltages are equal.

But, numerically 2 option is also right.

As if we have, 5ohm, 10ohm and 15ohm resistance in parallel.
The net R= 2.5ohm which is smaller than the smallest resistance 5ohm in the circuit.
