If we connect additional resistance in series 2 the parrallel circuit resistance value increases but if additional resistance connected in parrallel resistance value decreases.

If an additional resistor is added in a parallel circuit, the total resistance will decrease.
Since, Rt = 1/R1 + 1/R2+.....1/R4.

If an additional resistors are connected it will be increased by that value of resistors.
Since, Rt =R1 + R2 + R3+ ........ Rn.

If a resistor connected connected additionally the resistance of circuit will increase.

Since, we know that Rt=r1+r2+r3...Rn.

What about in connected in series?

How about it connected in series?

It will decrease only because whenever we added resistors in parallel resistance value decreases.
