@Ravi you are wrong, in parallel circuit if on branch is open, the voltage and current for the remaining branches will remains same.
For example if voltage is 10 v and R1 is 2 ohms R2 is 5 ohms, than I1 is 5 amp and I2 is 2 amp. Now if R1 is open then the current for R2 is remain 2 amp.
For example if voltage is 10 v and R1 is 2 ohms R2 is 5 ohms, than I1 is 5 amp and I2 is 2 amp. Now if R1 is open then the current for R2 is remain 2 amp.

Suppose 10 amps is total current is produced by 3 resistors if one of them is open then remaining branches shares the open circuit work according into the parallel operation.

Current in the remaining parallel paths won't change. Only total current will change.
