As in CMRR both input and output are connected to the same input then ideally Vocm=0.

But as in practical, this is not possible so we get small value.

CMRR = mod of Ad/Ac.
Ad = CMRR * Ac But Ac = Ad/CMRR.

Because, CMRR is the ratio of the differential mode gain to the common mode gain, therefore in order to improve the CMRR, common mode voltage gain should be smaller than the differential voltage gain.
