We given the vibration and get the output depend on the vibration so we not given the vibration and get the output so oscillator is the control and VCO is a voltage controlled oscillator.

VCO means voltage controlled oscillator. Hence from the name only we can say that it is an oscillator whose frequency can be controlled by an input control voltage.
