Non inverting amplifier formula,
Vo= (1+rf/ri)Vin.
Vo= (1+rf/ri)Vin.

For non-inverting amplifier.
Gain = 1+(rf/rin)
Given: rf/rin = 4.6
Gain = 1+4.6 = 5.6
Vout = vin (1+rf/rin)
Vout = vin * gain
Vout = 1.7 * 5.6
Vout = 9.52v.
