The virtual ground means in between vin+ and vin- is have more then megaohms or more or less two inputs shorted.

v2 - v1 = 0V.

Because ideal opamp has infinite gain. Due this v2-v1 = 0 then will get v2 = v1. So answer is voltage reference.
