No, it is counterclockwise in the direction according to the right-hand thumb rule.
If the thumb of the right indicates the flow of current them if we fold our rest of the fingers.

According to right hand thumb rule, direction of M.F. Is opposite to the given direction so FALSE would be right.

@Appu is right, the direction of magnetic field is opposite to the direction shown in figure.
