The opposite of permeability is resistance. Straight forward.

Permeability oppose term reluctivity its equivalent term in electricity resistivity.

Permeability means ability to hold/permit/allow magnetic field in the material. It is not for electric lines of force.

Permeability related to conductance so answer is only D.

Because the permeability is help to pass Lines of force through a material.

Permeability is defined as the ability of a material to pass electric lines of force through itself (material). So opposite of ability to pass something is to resist something. Hence resistance.

Permiability is nothing but a ability to permit the EM wave. It is a charector of a medium is able to conduct the EM wave throuh itself.

So permiability is equivalant to conuductance and reverse equivalant to resistance.

R=L/uA
where
l is the length of the circuit in metres
u0 is the permeability of free space, equal to henry per metre
ur is the relative magnetic permeability of the material (dimensionless)
u is the permeability of the material (u = u0ur)
A is the cross-sectional area of the circuit in square metres
The inverse of reluctance(MAG RESISTANCE) is called permeance.
