All are collect answers due to that there is the change in magnetic field as loop cuts the field in accordance to Faraday law wherever there is change in magnetic field emf induced then current is also induced hence polarities seen.

If the M. F is uniform through out the motion no effect, ie change in M.F can produce any effect.
