Ya, low because, AND gate means A*B and OR gate means A+B, So, to inhibit means to get low signal, one of the input must b low, it mean 0*1=0.......0*0=0......we will get low output signal.

Ans should be [B] High, because O/p of AND gate is High only when the both i/p is high, so to pass one i/p another i/p must be high.

It should be LOW because we want to inhibit a signal.
Means to restrain a signal from passing it must be 0.
