Counter EMF is a voltage developed in an inductor network by a pulsating current or an alternating current.

V/emf = -L (di/dt).

EMF here is:

A) Directly proportional to inductance.
B) Directly proportional to change in current.
C) Inversely proportional to change in time.

Since the 2nd & 3rd options are not given. So 1st choice is true.
