There are several important properties for an inductor that may need to be considered when choosing one for use in an electronic circuit. Other factors may be important for other kinds of inductor.

Solenoid is best answer because it has core material, the number of turns also and coil diameter.

A solenoid is a type of electromagnet when the purpose is to generate a controlled magnetic field. If the purpose of the solenoid is instead to impede changes in the electric current a solenoid can be more specifically classified as an inductor rather than an electromagnet.
