The charge carriers in a junction field effect transistor (JFET) will flow from source to drain in a p-channel and from drain to source in an n-channel.

By charged carriers I think that the problem is talking about electrons.
If you consider electron flow then for P-Channel the flow would be from Drain to Source while for an N-Channel the flow would be from Source to Drain.
If you consider hole flow (conventional flow) then for P-Channel the flow would be Source to Drain while for an N-Channel the flow would be from Drain to Source.
If you consider electron flow then for P-Channel the flow would be from Drain to Source while for an N-Channel the flow would be from Source to Drain.
If you consider hole flow (conventional flow) then for P-Channel the flow would be Source to Drain while for an N-Channel the flow would be from Drain to Source.
