Which method can be used for the biasing of depletion type of MOSFETs?

What is the difference between self, gate and zero biasing?

What is meant by zero biasing?

Because Vgs = 0,Id = maximum. So that is called zero biasing.

What is zero biasing?

Here in enhanced when vgs=0 its turned off and in deplition is turned on when vgs=0.

Zero biasing means adding no more sources.

Zero biasing means without applying any voltage can flow the current in the circuit. In D- MOSFET construction having let us take n-type, the n-type semiconductor material is diffused b/w the two highly dopped n-type materials. That's why the vgs=0 some drain current having it clearly shows the characteristics of the D-MOSFET.
