Yeah, Answer is 2 diode because transistor made by 2 diode.

Since FET consist one layer of N and two layer of P which are internally connected to each other so it form a single diode.

BJT's are bi-polar devices and FET's are uni-polar devices.

I don't understand answer I think that it has two diodes. That is when here n channel same as base terminal how to say single diode. Please send answer.

Answer should be 1 diode because and layer is of source and drain and p layer is of gate. Since, source and drain are interchangeable, hence answer is 1 diode. This is tricky question.

As FET made up of one layer of N and two layer of P which are internally shorted so it form a single diode.

FET have one diode because the gate and source junction is connected reversed bias while drain and source terminals are no biased connection. They connect according the source of majority carriers.

One diode because gate material surrounds the channel in the same manner as a belt surrounding our waist. So assume our body is the channel n the belt as gate. One diode is correct.

My answer is 2 diode.
Because transistor made with combination of 2 diode.
Because transistor made with combination of 2 diode.

My answer is 2 diode because channel and middle ring part made two diode.
