In simple, consider the relation between impedance and frequency, they are inversely proportional. Hence, option C apts much.

We know that MOSFET is like a capacitor. And we know the impedance of capacitor = 1/2pifC. Inversely proportional.

We know G.BW product very low in fet but Constance but we bw increase then gain decrease means input resistance increase.
