Here in P-channel J-FET channel and source, Drain are of P-type, and gate is of n-type. From source holes flow from source towards gate and electrons towards source from gate.

Please give me clear explanation I didn't get your answer.

Can any one tell me the polarity of each terminal?

We know that the actual flow of major carriers in JFET is from SOURCE to DRAIN( as their name indicates it) the flow of minor charge carrier will be in opposite to actula major flow...therefor in P channel.

Major carrier(holes)-- from source to drain.
Minor(electrons) --from drain to source.

FET is a unipolar device so only holes moves form source to drain there is no question of electrons.

@Jaya you are correct.

In P-chanel JFET holes move from source to drain => electrons moves from drain to source.
