The circuit which gives very less ripple with high rectification efficiency is require least filtering. Out of C AND D we will choose C as the best option because in comparison to a center-tapped, bridge is more efficient though it's drop is more across the diodes (4 diodes in bridge).

As half wave rectifiers do not have negative half cycle so least filtering is not required.

As full wave and bridge wave rectifiers have both the cycle and more number of ripples are present so least filleting is required.

As the bridge rectifier do 0.48% and a full wave also 0.48% so obviosly the one will be the answer.
