C2//C3 = 1μF + 5μF = 6μF.
C2//C3 series with C1 so: ((C2//C3)*C1)/((C2//C3)+C1).
(6μF*2μF)/(6μF+2μF) = 1.5μF.
Xceq = 1/(2π*f*C) = 1/(2π*400*1.5μF) = 265.2582385 ohms not 50 ohms.

It should be 50 ohms.
C1 is in series with (C2+C3).
C1 is in series with (C2+C3).

Here we have the only capacitance in this circuit that's why we have to take capacitive reactance.

I have one doubt. That is here the Xc is capacitive reactance.

Capacitors c1 and c2 are parallel to each other so we can evaluate..as
c2 + c3 = 6 micro farad.===c4
and the resultant will be in series with the c1..so ...resultant ==c1 * c4/ c1+ c4...
xc= 1/2* pi * f * resultant===265.25
