Since Capacitive Reactance (Xc) is inversely proportional to the capacitance (C). If the Capacitance value increases then the Capacitive Reactance value decreases.

As the value of a Capacitor is SMALL, the Capacitive Reactance value will be LARGE. So it will have the largest voltage drop across it. As per the equation. Vc = I * Xc.
