In a capacitive circuit, firstly current increases when the capacitor is charged, that is charging period. But it is limited to a certain value that is maximum.
Again when it gets discharged, during this period, current decreases to zero that is minimum. Means that too is limited.
So we can say that in such circuits, current is limited to both charging and discharging periods.

Yes @Yogitha.
During charging of a capacitor the current will decreases.
And during discharging the current will increase.

Capacitor is current stored and discharge. For example battery.
