|How mica is good insulator? But why not air?|

|Vacuum has the highest, air is not vacuum. Therefore from the choices, Mica has the highest dielectric strength. Dielectric strength refers to the electric strength of an INSULATOR in V/m. Meaning, the higher the dielectric strength, the higher is its insulation properties.|
