From graph it is clear that first half part i.e., low signal are passed but for next half high signals attenuates.

Low pass filter is also called as integrator. Then why not the option D. Please anyone can explain.

Because this is the responce of Sinusoidal signal.
For Sinusoidal AC it is LPF.
For square wave it is Integrator.
For Sinusoidal AC it is LPF.

As you can see that the signal is attenuated and allowing only low frequency signals to pass.
