Capacitor's does not function under the principle of ohm's law therefore I will not be directly proportional to V. Another reason is because a capacitor is a non linear device. As the capacitor is being charged the voltage across its plates increases and the current decreases since the potential difference between the source and the capacitor decreases.

Q is directly proportional to v.
But v is directly proportional to I, how come I will get decrease when the capacitor gets fully charged. Please suggest me on this.

Q=CV,
Hence Q is directly proportional to Voltage so as Q increases by charging, the voltage also increases.
