In base bias expression for collector current Ic is.
"Ic =B[ (Vcc - 0. 7) /Rb]".
So Ic depends on beta 'B'. It results to unstable operating point.

Since the Q point is determined by Ic and Vce a change in base bias (base current) Results in a change in Ic therefore the q point would also change.
