The current gain decrease means ic will decrease. As ICdecrease the operating point go downward.

Q point is find with respect to Ic and Vce. Beta is fixed so if Ic or Ie is decreased then definitely Ib is decreased. If Ib decreased then Ic will also decreased and according to graph of load line the Q point will be decreased.

Hey, as only current gain in changing not Base current.

So the Q point will be on the curve corresponding to the value of Base current.
