As it is a current controlled device so any change in output parameter is completely handled by input current i.e. base current in BJT.

In this base region only few electron's will recombine with holes in the lightly doped base. Then a value of electron's they will flow through the b region. And thus the small change in base current control the much larger collector current.

Ic only depends on Hfe & Ib. hence from the option B is correct

it depend on base because it receive only the current flow from emitter to base i.e finally on base current
