All the values by nature are analog. But for processing they need to be converted to digital.

Computer can store all the values in digital form. But the signal applied are by nature analog in nature and computer predict it as digital form. For example for a particular digital machine the voltage greater than 5V is count as 1 (High) and voltage below 5V is count as 0 (low). But the signal will have an analog value as 4.86V count as 0 and 5.68 is count as 1. So, the given statement is wrong. Hence correct option is B.

As a computer can store only digital values all inputs will be digital in nature. So option B is correct.
