5V/cm for 3 divisions we have 5 * 3 = 15v Vrms = 0.707 * Vp.
Vrms = 0.707*15,
Vrms = 10.6.
Vrms = 0.707*15,

3 major division = 5*3=15v.
rms voltage = 15/1.414=approx 10.6.
