                Ve = Vo/2^(1/2)
Where Ve = effective or rms value of voltage.
Vo = peak value of voltage.
As 1/2^(1/2) = 0.707 because 2^(1/2) = under-root of 2.
Hence,
Ve = 0.707Vo.
or Ve = 0.707 of peak voltage.

                Effective value mens sine wave RMS value.
So RMS VALUE =vm/root2 =Vm*1/root2 =Vm*0.1707,
And Sin 45 =1/root2 so 0.7.7*Vm.
                So RMS VALUE =vm/root2 =Vm*1/root2 =Vm*0.1707,
And Sin 45 =1/root2 so 0.7.7*Vm.
