H(s) = C(s)/X(s).
And C(s) = 1/s-1/(s+2) = 2/s(s+2).
X(s) = 1/s.
So H(s) = 2/(s+2).
And C(s) = 1/s-1/(s+2) = 2/s(s+2).
X(s) = 1/s.
So H(s) = 2/(s+2).

Given, c(t) = 1-e^(-2*t), then C(s) = (1/s)-1/(s+2) = 2/s(s+2) & input U(s) = 1/s.
Then, the transfer function = C(s)/U(s) = [2/s(s+2)]*s = 2/2+s.
Then, the transfer function = C(s)/U(s) = [2/s(s+2)]*s = 2/2+s.
