Lambda = c/f.
If f' = 5f.
Then lambda' = lemda/5 = height of antenna = 4m.
If f' = 5f.
Then lambda' = lemda/5 = height of antenna = 4m.

Antenna diameter is inversely proportional to the operating frequency.
